NU DO Restaurant
Speaking of Da Nang or Hoi An, almost everyone knows about Quang Nam My. In the process of formation and development, Guangnan noodles gradually contributed to the formation of Guangnan food culture, which is an open culture that can absorb and select the essence of humanities and regions to create its own cultural value and typical characteristics of the Guangnan people of.
NU DO Restaurant is a place that respects and promotes traditional cuisine. At the same time, it also creates new colors for the dishes, but still retains its simple beauty. Maintaining taste is a challenge for restaurants and the food industry. Many restaurants lose customer traffic because it is difficult to control the taste as customer traffic increases, or even though they have their own recipes, changing kitchens is also affected.
When NU DO restaurant was first established, they researched a separate sauce for Guangnan noodles and set up a separate processing process, such as:
- Proportion of turmeric powder
- Proportion of salt and powdered sugar
- Proportion of onion and garlic
Then each The meat and fish ingredients are mixed together to create a separate sauce. Today we have fish, chicken, beef, macrobiotic sauce. The kitchen only needs to season it with sauce combined with seasoning powder.
The person who came up with the NU DO recipe and sauce is none other than 2015 Vietnam Chef King runner-up Tuyet Pham Masterchef, who has never studied or worked in a kitchen before. After 4 years of silence, spending time raising his family and dreaming of returning to a professional kitchen, Chef Tuyet Pham started a new culinary journey at a Cantonese noodle restaurant called NU DO.
Speaking of the restaurant space, the NU DO restaurant 3 years ago was actually a house and a beautiful garden, full of colorful flowers and plants. Now, the ancient garden has become a comfortable and quiet kitchen in the hutong, and its unique architecture combines the traditional beauty of Guangfu with modern style.
