Instructions for applying for certificate

This visa application project is for international tourists with passports from various countries (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, all countries that require a Vietnam visa can apply)

Our agency's approval fee: ~~US$50~~ US$25 (excluding the airport arrival visa fee of US$25 and Vietnamese local pick-up staff to assist with the arrival visa service)

The length of stay cannot exceed 15 days. If you stay for 16-30 days, you will need to pay an additional fee (please chat privately).
Number of days to apply for the permit: 5-7 working days

Number of days you can stay in the country: You must leave the country within the validity period.
Validity period and number of entries: The visa validity period is issued according to the reservation record, up to 15 days, single time (please chat privately for multiple entries and exits)

In order to start the license application process one day after collecting all the documents,
if there are special reasons, the service staff will mainly contact you.

Visa application guide

1- Send your passport + round-trip air ticket copy to our ZIONTOUR 7 days in advance (at least 5 working days) for approval (the sooner - the better).

2- Complete the payment: After sending the copies of documents, you can pay us (you can pay USD/TWD/VND). After payment is completed, please give us the remittance slip and we will start applying for the visa for you.

3- ZIONTOUR will send you a visa application form to fill in (if you don’t know how to fill it in, we can fill it in for you), please attach your photo of 4cmx6cm to the application form (white background)

4- ZIONTOUR will prepare the approval document and send it to you electronically. You can take the approval document + filled-in visa application form on the plane, arrive at the Vietnam airport and hand it over to the local entry-exit border control.

5 - After getting off the plane, please give your passport to the border guard. Just wait in front of the landing visa counter (LANDING VISA) for the border guard to apply your visa (the waiting time is about 15-30 minutes), then take your passport and hand it to the international airport port police for stamping. Just stamp it and you can go out.

Notes

★The information and fees for Vietnam Tourist Single-Arrival Visa and Vietnam Tourist Visa are subject to change at any time. If there is a temporary change in the Vietnam office during the processing period, the documents and fees for the changed items need to be supplemented.

★The tourist visa is not suitable for marriage proposals and marriage procedures (because the epidemic has been relaxed, if you need to apply for a tourist visa to go through the marriage procedures, it is recommended that the applicant first confirm whether it is applicable in Vietnam)

★If you work or install machinery in Vietnam, please be sure to apply for a work visa with official documents in Vietnam. Do not use a business visa to avoid having your visa confiscated and fined.

★If you are engaged in business activities in Vietnam, please provide Vietnamese official documents to apply for a business visa

★For professional and religious people, please apply for Vietnam visa according to the actual purpose.

★When applying for a Vietnam visa with a foreign passport, please inquire about the required information, working days and fees (the original passport must be attached when sending the document)

★Whether a visa is issued or not must be reviewed by the visa office. If the application is not approved or the application is not returned or the application is not sent, the visa fee will not be refunded.

★When Chinese citizens enter and leave Vietnam's neighboring countries, Cambodia, Laos and China, they should pay attention to whether the Vietnam visa they hold is a multiple-entry and exit visa. If they hold a single-entry visa,
they need to apply for a visa again after leaving Vietnam before entering the country. ; If you enter and leave the border by land, you should pay attention to whether the transit procedures have been completed at the land checkpoint and whether the license inspection officer has stamped the entry stamp on the passport.
