Hang Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen
The restaurant was renovated from the ground floor lobby of an old hotel in the coastal city of Da Nang. Serving traditional Central Vietnamese cuisine, TD Studio drew inspiration from the undulating tiled-roof streets of Hoi An, using warm, muted tones and a strong tropical style, featuring large tiled verandas, green patterned tiles, and dark wood furniture. The open kitchen space is also a highlight, allowing guests to see the lively activity in the kitchen while enjoying their meal, connecting the space.
