Mai Home Hoi An Cooking Class and Restaurant offers a unique cooking experience and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Run by Hung and Thanh – a Vietnamese couple who have great enthusiasm and passion for introducing the unique and authentic Vietnamese cuisine to travellers. After years providing lunch meals for organised tour visitors at their home in Hội An and participated in setting up Tra Que Garden Restaurant as the co-founders but as the limit of time for management Hung and Thanh decided to set up their own cooking class and restaurant at their home in order to offer the more professional services and unique experiences.
