Claypot Hoi An
Our family-operated restaurant commenced its operations in May 2017. I am Trang, the owner and head chef, with over 20 years of experience in Vietnamese cuisine, specifically in the traditional preparation of dishes in clay pots. My background in a family of local cooks has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the culinary heritage I wish to share. To facilitate this, I offer cooking classes wherein participants may select 3 to 4 dishes from our menu. During these classes, I will escort participants to the local market to acquire the necessary ingredients for their chosen recipes. Following this, we will return to the restaurant to prepare the dishes collaboratively, equipping participants with the skills to recreate these meals at home for their family and friends.
