One of the favorite snacks of Vietnamese people. When you come to Vietnam, you must eat Vietnamese gourmet rice noodle rolls. Pho roll is a dish originally from Pho that first appeared in Hanoi and now it is enjoyed by many people and tourists. It has become one of the popular snacks in Vietnam and is easily seen from south to north.
Gourmet features
Noodle rolls are thin pancakes made from fermented rice paste and added with minced pork, mushrooms and green onions. It is served with a dipping sauce called water dipping sauce, which is traditionally made from fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and water. Delicious and refreshing pho rolls with a variety of raw vegetables and tender and flavorful pork. A dip in sweet and sour sauce will make this dish even more delicious.
As the name suggests, it is a unique combination of pho and rolled noodles. Rather than a hot bowl of noodle soup or pho mixed with regular toppings, pho rolls are lighter and cooler. Therefore, this Hanoi specialty is also popular on hot summer days.
