This noodle dish has yellow noodles with shrimp, pork, raw vegetables and very little broth. Tender barbecued pork meat is paired with chewy noodles, and the accompanying herbs help balance the slightly greasy broth, bringing harmony and flavor to your dish. The yellow color of the noodles is due to the ashes from local plants mixed in.
