Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Association-a platform for communication among Ao Dai enthusiasts

In order to protect and promote the value of Ao dai, many Ao dai heritage clubs have been established across Vietnam. Recently, an Ao dai association has been established in Ho Chi Minh City, providing a good platform for Ao dai enthusiasts to communicate with each other.

Ao Dai is a traditional clothing of Vietnam, which contains the characteristic culture of Vietnam. After historical changes, although the style of Ao Dai has undergone many changes, it still retains its original traditional cultural value, which helps to promote the gentle and elegant beauty of Vietnamese women. In order to protect and promote the beauty of Vietnamese Ao dai, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee decided to establish the Ho Chi Minh City Ao dai Association, which will help build a bridge for mutual exchanges among Ao dai lovers.

The association brings together cultural costume researchers, cultural researchers, historians, Ao dai designers, Ao dai tailors, embroidery craftsmen, fiber production and operating enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, fashion design students and Ao dai enthusiasts etc. The association will carry out research projects on Vietnamese Ao Dai culture and history, Ao Dai tailors, Ao Dai shows and other rich and diverse activities.
