Check-in instructions
According to Vietnamese law, each guest is required to present a photo ID, passport or birth certificate upon check-in.
As per resort regulations, guests are required to self-check room furniture, facilities and food/drinks in the minibar upon check-in and check-out.
If guests need to change their reservation, they must notify the resort at least 7 working days before check-in.
Bay View Restaurant may experience noise disturbance from 09:00 to 16:00. The resort apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause to guests.
Guests are kindly requested to present the child's birth certificate upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the child's birth certificate, the resort will infer the child's age based on their height.
Full board meals start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure. If you wish to have lunch on your arrival day instead of your departure day, please inform the resort at least 5 days in advance. This dining change option is only available for guests arriving before 13:00 and checking out before 12:00. Guests cannot change their dining options on the day of arrival.
Room rates on December 31, 2022 do not include a gala dinner. The mandatory gala dinner (on December 31, 2022) is subject to an additional fee of VND 1.6 million per adult (over 12 years old) and VND 800.000 per child (from 4 to 12 years old). This fee is collected directly at the resort.
