Conditional jet entry fee (discounted ticket):
- No changes allowed - No refunds.
- Name and departure date changes: allowed, but must be changed up to 6 hours before departure. Change fee of 380.000VND plus fare difference at time of change (if any).

Baggage rules:
- Hand luggage must not exceed the maximum size of 07 kg 23 cm 3D (width) + 36 cm (height) + 56 cm (length)
- Luggage switch check-in for hand luggage: unmanned ticket fees are 130.000 VND (15 kg luggage), 180 000 VND (20 kg luggage), ticket fees are 220.000 VND (15 kg luggage), 250 000 VND (work management 20 kg), and in Airport fee is 400.000VND (15kg luggage).
- Excess baggage will be charged according to the airline's regulations of 40.000VND/kg.

Child:
- In 2002: free, but parents travel
- From 02-12 years old: 100% of ticket price - VND 30000
- From 12 years and above: Adult

***Note: Please be at the airport 120 minutes prior to flight hours for check-in procedures and must have one of the following identification documents: ID/Driver's License/Apartment Projector. Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate.
