Conditional tickets (reduced ticket prices):
- 0 kg of checked baggage. If checked baggage must fly 4h.12.000d/kg x 15kg/passenger before purchase.
- Itinerary and change renaming allowed (cost)
-Non-refundable tickets.

Alternative departure date: Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before departure time. Change fee of 400.000VND plus fare difference at time of change (if any).

Baggage rules:
- Hand luggage shall not exceed 07 kg with maximum dimensions of 25 cm x 3 x 35 cm x 50 cm
- Baggage switch agency for hand luggage: no ticket fee 100.000VND, ticket is charged VND200,000 (before flight hours) 300.000VN A. Pay fee at the airport
- Checked baggage must not exceed 20KG / PAX
- Excess baggage will be charged according to the airline's regulations of 35.000VND/kg.

***Note: Please be at the airport 120 minutes prior to flight hours for check-in procedures and must have one of the following identification documents: ID/Driver's License/Apartment Projector. Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate.

Child:
- At 02 years old: VND 100,000/domestic, international: VND 200,000, but parents traveling
- From 02-12 years old: 100% of ticket price - VND 30000
- From 12 years and above: as an adult
